The Wellove Residence is run by the Ferri-Aureli family as well and it is only 300 meters away from the Hotel Imperiale in Riccione. More precisely, it is located at 34 Via Monti, right behind Viale Tasso, the popular avenue where Tuesday night markets take place.

The Wellove Residence is spread over five floors, on which 15 apartments are distributed. Completely renovated in 2019, it has elegant finishes, soundproof walls and insulated window frames with electric shutters. There are the following types of apartments:
- Studio apartment (20 sqm): bathroom + living room with double sofa bed (2 guests)
- Two-room apartment (30 sqm): bathroom + double room + living room with bunk sofa bed (4 guests)
- Two-room apartment (45 sqm): bathroom + double room + living room with double sofa bed (4/5 guests)
